We Can Too provides quality vocational habilitation services to persons with developmental disabilities to help them achieve their individual community-based, integrated employment and life goals. Services are coordinated through your local County Board of Developmental Disabilities. We Can Too is a certified provider through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. In collaboration with agencies that serve individuals with developmental disabilities, We Can Too supports the long-term goal of the community employment for working-age adults. We Can Too Opportunity Center provides lunch and break times. We encourage employees to bring drinks and healthy, balanced meals and bring no more than one can/bottle of soda pop per day. Meals are the responsibility of the employee and will not be provided by We Can Too. Bottled water is available for purchase for 25 cents. If the temperature is above 90 degrees, each employee will be provided with one free bottle of water that day. All money collected is used to fund a monthly employee group lunch and employee activities.
We Can Too employment includes transportation to and from your home and to WCT. During transportation, all Ohio laws will be enforced and all riders must wear seat belts. For everyone's safety, the van driver must stay with the van and cannot assist people to and from their door. No food can be consumed in WCT vehicles. Any drinks brought into the vehicle must have a lid/cap. Please allow your driver 15 minutes before and after your normal pick up time. If the van is running any later, your driver will alert you by phone. If you do not come out when the van arrives, your driver will wait five minutes, honk their horn and call you to alert you they are waiting. After five minutes they will leave to get to work on time.

It is our intention not to delay the start time of the We Can Too Opportunity Center, but if the weather is extreme, that could be a possibility. You will NOT be personally contacted regarding delays/closings. If the above stations don't say that we are delayed or cancelled, we are running on time and open. Employees will be paid by direct deposit every other Friday at the rate of $8.15 per hour (eff. 1/1/17) for up to a four hour workday. Paystubs are provided electronically through the use of the employees personal email address. Occasionally WCT will offer unpaid time for employees to participate in in-house activities and special company lunches.
